Local Orders | Privacy Policy | Refunds


When You are scheduling your order and pick up using Square, Inc Store make sure you:

- Schedule for your desired pick up time because your orders (including coffee) will be made for that time.

- Scheduled orders must be done in the calendar. 

- ANY notes within the product with pick up instructions that are different from what is in the calendar will be ignored

- If you schedule a pick for ASAP, we will make it ASAP and it will be ready ASAP

- If you have multiple items with different desired pick up times, you must make a new order for each desired time.

- Changes to orders can not be made after an order is placed. If you must make a change you will need to contact our Manheim Pike location and tell them to cancel the order: 717-925-7490 (We will cancel it if we did not already start on the order.) 

- The Note Section is for general notes about your order. It is not where you schedule your pickup

- No Refunds will be given if you do not let us know your mistake or change right away via: 717-925-7490

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.


How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.  If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

Google analytics: Our store uses Google Analytics to help us learn about who visits our site and what pages are being looked at.


To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.  If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.  Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

When you, the consumer, choose to use DoorDash® as a means to deliver our product to you. You are enlisting a 3rd party and any issues that may arise after their contractor takes your order from us is an issue that must be taken up with DoorDash®. 

If you have any issues regarding an order not being completed or not receiving the correct items please directly

contact DoorDash as it is them who you ordered through. They will be the only ones who are able to help rectify the problem

Return Policy


Due to the type of product we offer, we cannot accept returns. Once your order payment is complete we will not be able to refund you. If there is something wrong with your shipment when it arrives please take pictures right away and contact us at: with your Tracking & Order Number. We will work with Fedex to get you a full refund which may take a month or more. Alternatively, we will reimburse you for whatever products where damaged after you provide photo evidence of the box and product damaged. 

COVID-19 & FedEx:

We use FedEx (an independent business) and due to COVID-19 your package may be delayed. We pay for the 2 day service but you can expect 1 to 7 days in transit due to industry demands. We bake them and ship them so same day so this is not an issue for freshness. For any issues with delivery please first call FedEx (1-800-463-3339) then, you can contact us and we will file a claim through them ( > support > file a claim) Contact:

**Please understand that once FedEx picks up your package, it is out of our hands and they now hold responsibility, we insure our packages and they have their claims department that we have to go through. We do not own FedEx.** 

Your Address:

We ship to the address you provide. If you provide the wrong address your package may not be delivered. You will have to solve the problem by working directly with FedEx. They will normally hold your package at the nearest FedEx location. You can contact them with your tracking number via or at their toll free number +1(800) 463-3339


We make your cookies and cookie cakes for the time you schedule it, not what you put in the notes. There are no refunds for you if you do not schedule your pickup time properly and you will be expected to pick up for the time you scheduled for. If you cannot pick up for the time you scheduled, we will hold your order in the fridge until you are able to get it but we will not rebake your order.

Orders Placed on Wednesday after 4:00PM may be pushed to Mondays shipments. We do not ship over the weekend to ensure the freshest possible delivery. :)
